thank you for having us as members. looking forward to getting to know everyone. my son and i just kicked off a father&son project. its a 1973 comet.gonna need lots of parts, as the pickins are slim around here. and alot of info and advice along the journey. our plans call for a "nasty lil windsor" (i run an automotive machine shop) a c-6 and 9in. with 4.11s. so once again thanks for allowing to be apart of the community.

Welcome to the board. If you don't have the c6 yet, i'd opt for the c4. Takes less HP and is a stock replacement in the Comet.:)

Thank You! We are from the BIG town of Summertown! Population 220. Haha. It's a small community outside of Swainsboro. Thanks for the invite, wish we could attend. But we have already made plans, we are going to retrieve. The gt-40 engine, which will be the basis for our project. Looking forward to meeting everyone in the near future, and hope to see you at the next gathering. Keep us posted. Jody and Perry.

Pretty sure you will need to modify the transmission hump in order to get a C-6 in there.
