    1972 Maverick, in restoration process
My husband and I just purchased a 1972 Maverick, white with blue interior, 92,000 original miles. We plan on restoring it to "original" condition, with a modified paint job, of course!! Can anyone tell us the best place to purchase dash/instrument panel parts?? We're really excited about this one, the body is straight and the motor has just been redone!!:bananaman

Wish I had saved some of the dashboard stuff out of my cars when we made drag cars out of them. Give me a call if you get down this way or just want to talk cars, 472-1492 or come over to Centerville track and we can shoot the bull or better yet, do some racing.

Welcome. Unfortunately, there is not much reproduced for these cars. No dash parts at all. Keep your eye on Ebay and any local swap meets you may have in your area.

    Thanks!

Thanks, Guys! Hubby and I were really surprised to see such a following! We bought this car as a restoration project, so we'll have something to drive in cruise nights! As soon as it gets back from the shop from being checked out for electrical issues, I'll take some pics and post 'em. Again, thanks for the input, We'll keep tuned to Ebay!:)

Welcome aboard and good luck on the project. I have a some '72 parts around so drop me an e-mail and let me know what you need. Between all of us here, we likely should be a lot of help to you along the way.

    Welcome to the board DeBong.

If you have a particular WTB LIST of parts, I'd put 'em in the classified section here on this board for your ad to get more exposure (on this board).

Good luck with the resto and please post a pic or two.

Again, thanks! Just to let everyone know, DeboNG stands for, "Debo & G", LOL!! We're currently making a list of parts, and I will indeed post it in the classifieds! Hubby and I are really excited to find a place we can check out what other folks are doing to their Mavs!!
