Hello Maverick/Comet forum

    Hello all. I am new to the forum. I just recently picked up a 76 comet with a seized 250. I'm calling it the "Randy Rat". I have been getting a lot of info from the forum to do the v8 conversion. I'm in the process of pulling the pieces together. So far I have a 87 mustang short block,edelbrock performer 289 intake, 670 cfm double pumper,1992 cobra mustang g.t 40 heads,82 mustang distributor,91 crown vic water pump, v8 frame mounts, electric fuel pump,front sump oil pan. Currently it is a automatic but eventually I will need a manual transmission. Somewhere along the way somebody equipped the car with a 9" rear end. Bonus! I was considering a e303 cam. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated.
