    Welcome, Nice car!
    What's the badge on the front fender? I assume the power windows were an add on.

    Welcome to the board Baja. You will find this a very friendly and helpful crowd.
    I can't resist asking, even if it means getting laughed at;
    Have you ever seen a Shelby Maverick, or do you know of one that still exists? They were built by Shelby de Mexico. We'd be very interested if you had any information about them. Thanks, and once more, welcome! John B.

    Thanks for your welcome

    Hey guys, thank you very much for your welcome and comments.
    The tail lights on my car were changed to Comet lights by the previous owner (I would like the car with the original ones). The badge on the fender says 302, the original engine size. Power windows and locks were added also.

    About the Shelby Maverick, I haven't seen any either in Guadalajara or Mexicali, but if there is any "alive", it could be in Mexico city. You will find some pictures of the Shelby Maverick at http://www.maverick.to/shelby.html

    Hasta la vista

    that is the first time I think that I have ever seen that pic wit the close up of the rear spoiler. I think that it is a little to straight up for my taste but I wish we could find better pics of the whole car. And you know how you always see something in a pic that you didn't notice before......the girl on the far left is wearing shorts instead of a skirt, and they are pretty short:D . Anyways welcome to the board Baja. Very nice car hope to see more from you in the future. b
