Help! masking tape baked on Chrome

    I got stupid and left the masking tape on the chrome and left it out in the sun. A few days 8 ( Whats a good way to get it off??:cry:

    have you tried like...a wax and grease remover that you would use before paint? that or a window cleaner would be my first trys before you do something bad and scratch it

    Soak it with wd40.. that will work.

    I have something called Fast Orange it seams to be working if I let it soak a little while.
    Whats a better tape to use that Frog stuff or Blue tape?

    Yep.


    White masking tape is a nightmare on a car. Especially if it gets wet then dries.
