    First car in my life 69.5 maverick built 250 inline swap. 73 maverick RIP
    ok now i just got a tranny for my car and am cerious about a few things.:hmmm:
    1. what is the tube for?
    2. can i swap the kick down out for a 250 sixer?
    3. what kind of c4 is this(like year...) it came off of a 289. i thought it was a dual range.. but dont know how to tell.

    Im pretty sure thats a pre1970 c-4. The tube is a vent tube.

    Look for a metal tag and casting numbers.

    ok. the tag was torn off , but its going in the mav today any ways. (olny tranny i have left at the moment):bananaman:bananaman
