I've been trying to clean and polish the ldo side moulding but nothing seem to work. I've tried rubbing compound , vinger with baking soda, turtle wax, and oven cleaner. Can get any shine out of them . Does anybody have any suggestions.

For the bright work, I use a product called FLITZ along with some 0000 steel wool. Be careful using the steel wool on anodized aluminum parts as it can remove the anodizing pretty quickly, specially if it has lots of oxidation. I have made many a trim piece look like new this way.

The factory used the anodize for a lasting shine. With age the anodize becomes cloudy. About the only wat you can get the trim to shine, is to remove the anodize and then shine it, like restodan does in the link that ptpdub liksted.:)
