There is a picture of your Stallion in the gallery with a snorkel hood. Looks like one of the old 5"/5 degree angle units. By chance, do you still have this hood?????
definitely not in a bad way. I just know enough about you that.....just like I would have done.....it would be kept around "cause you never know" actually, I think we talked about it once and if I remember right, you still have the side pipes as well.
Ding ding ding,, Give the man a cigar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yup I still got all of it, even the Cragars that have tires on them from 1975.
Sorry, not for sale. Can get measurements later in the spring if you want to recreate. Impossible to get to hood now, stored cars prevent access to hood. Let me know. Dan
Hey Dan... I just caught the 70 Cyclone in your sig. Is that a project, toy, resto, other? What's up with that? I love anything 70-71 Torino/Cyclone. Dave Edit: If you are really into those too, you might like one I saw online a while back. A guy wrecked the front of his 70-71 Ranchero. He ran across a good Cyclone front cap before finding a Torino cap. Guy figures 'what the heck' and puts it together. The thing looks wicked.
Hell...I'm just trying to find someone who still makes the snorkel scoop with the 5 degree angle. Thanks anyway, Dan!
Shadowmaster.....you might contact WardF.....he has a snorkle hood, it might not be what you want....but he has one.
Man, I threw mine away last year (when I went to the cowl hood). http://mmb.maverick.to/gallery/showimage.php?i=1311&catid=favorites (if that's the type you're talking about).
Have you checked www.up22.com ? They have all the ancient stuff that has been around for decades. They don't have the best reputation for customer svc though. Buyer beware. Dave
