Well Hello, my name is Darren I am a new maverick owner i have owned my 1973 ford maverick 4 door since fall last year and worked throughout the winter and spring to be driving it in the summer, i happened to succeed. So here is how it looked at the end of spring And when i got it it only had 43000 miles on it so i though it was a good deal for 900$ After a soild summer of driving it around one day before i go to put it to sleep for the winter i got Tbonned Lucky for me i was ok but not my maverick. It wasnt my fault and i did not end up having it appraised so i really got screwed over. But it is still fixable as it was only the rear quater that was hit will be quite a bit of work to fix just after i had just had it all fixed and ready to go in May. Here are a few pics after my accident.
Well thanks for all the welcomes, Yeh im gonna get fixed asap. i already found a new Rear quater so far but now i need a new bumper and rollpan im sure ill find em forsure i got all winter to do so anyways cause my dad is rebuilding a 53 dodge regent now in his garage soo yeh have it stored for the winter after the insurance adjuster takes a peek at it.
sounds lik you have it all handled. on of the members here is actually working on getting rear bumpers and just about everything else reproduced. good rool pans that dont breal the bank are a hard find
