I did a search and likely a very stupid question. Doing the Holley Sniper 2 EFI conversion on my 1976 Maverick. Decided to use the time to replace the tank with the Spectra F30 and based on what I read on the forum Holley went with the 12-305 in tank fuel pump. My understanding is it eliminated the need for the return line but I can not get my head wrapped around the plumbing from carb to the tank. The electric, I think I have figured out and the fuel to it and filters, but how does return work? I want to avoid running it so bought the very expensive in-tank. Thanks in advance!!

The "return" is accomplished completely in the fuel tank by the pump module. Just run steel hardline or EFI-rated hose with a filter to the throttle body.

Thanks, so as long as running 58 psi you just cap the other end off, correct? Just triple checking .

If by "the other end" you mean the usual return port on the throttle body, then yes.
