I am in need of a NOS hood hinge or equivalent (a LH driver side for a 1972 Maverick). I have a nice RH side P/N DODZ-16796-B, but I don't know the P/N for the LH side. I see a DODZ-16976-A and C out there, but I don't know which one is correct for the LH driver side. Can anyone help me ID the correct P/N for the LH driver side hood hinge fro a 1972 Maverick?

    Thanks!

    tody, thanks!.

However, are you sure about the 16797 vs 16796? The marking on my NOS box was originally 16797, but was written over with 16796 and sold to me as 16796. So, maybe I need to ask the question another way:

What are the P/N's for a LH and RH hood hinge for a 1972 Maverick?

    master parts catalog says:
    rh d0dz-16796-c
    lh d0dz-16797-c

for the 70 model, part numbers use the b-ending:
    rh d0dz-16796-b
    lh d0dz-16797-b

but i'm pretty sure they'll interchange.
