hood scoop question

    I am mounting a Comet hood scoop and would like to know if any of you Comet GT owners would mind telling me what the distance from the back of your hood to the scoop is. I would greatly appreciate it. I'm trying to get this done before the Cruisin' the Coast Rally in Biloxi.

    I just put one on my Maverick hood last week. Its about 2 inches from the back of the hood to the back of the scoop, measured at the center. Russ
