hood scoops pics

    i am needing a hood scoop for my hood since i put the 351w in and i cant get the hood to shut with an air cleaner now, so im gonna have to cut a hole in the hood and was thinking this one would look good but not completely sure, i would like to see pics of all hood scoops you might have and hopefully someone has this one:http://store.summitracing.com/partd...70+4294885368+4294905272+115&autoview=skudoes anyone have any experience in this ABS plastic stuff? hows it take paint? pros/cons?

    I run those scoops. I think they look sharp but you better have a small diameter air cleaner.

    I'm curious, what all is involved with putting on an aftermarket scoop? Obviously a hole needs to be cut into the hood if you want it to be more than just a decoration, but what needs to be done to the interior to compensate for rain, additional airflow, different air filters/ram air, etc. Can people post some pics because I'd just like to see how others modded their areas for a scoop, thanks.

    I'm partial to MaverickMan's carbonfiber hood. :) Of course where will I come up with the several hundreds it'd cost? Decisions, decisions....
