im trying to get my speedo cable loose and cant seem to get it out from the back of the speedo itself, ive already pulled the transmission end out but cant get the dash end, i know that there are two screws in the instrument panel and i have pulled them off. however i cannot get the panel itsself off, it seems to be hinged at the front. help?

its hinged at the bottom, kind of clips on. tilt the top out towards you. the speedo cable may still be stuck in the firewall grommet not allowing it to come farther up to the dash.
