How to fix dents in the roof?

    I have dents in the roof of the maverick that I would like to try and get rid of... whats the best way to smooth them out?

    It's a tough spot, there is a support right under there, plus you'd have to remove the headliner....

    Does the car have a headliner in it? If not maybe a paintless repair tech can get those out.

    there is a headliner in it but not a very good one so it could be removed, the car is not a show car and Im getting ready to put it in a black primer to just drive on the weekends, occasional cruise ins and down the drag strip... so it doesn't have to be perfect

    i use a hot glue glue gun and stick wood pieces, cut to fit the shape nuttin fancy..and pull... it works!!! rub off glue with WD 40 and clean with windex to remove oily residue for next pull/try. :) it rocks!

    Thanks Russ I will let you know. I'm letting one of the dent removal companies look at to see what they would charge if it's reasonable and they can do I will probably let them do it.
