how would i fix this...?

    ok so the rear of my maverick is pushed in a bit(not a ton, but a little bit...the right rear tailight is pushed in) howwould i pull this out....possible? or can i find a replacement(not sure what it's called, but the tailights are attached to it). like i said it's not to bad, but i want to get a fiberglass bumber and i want it to fit right...any ideas?

    you have several options.. you can pop it out using a dent puller, but that depends on how bad

    if it is bad, you could cut it out.. go to the junkyard and find car with a good area to cut out and weld it back in to yours... grind down the welds, and paint it..

    Port-o-power, if it's more than just a little damaged, then the usual roughing, filling, priming, painting. As far as a glass bumper goes, it might not fit well if your car was not damaged. Good luck with it.

    there are absolutely no mavericks around where i am, so that is pretty much out of the question, i hope my local body shop can fix it :cry:

    do a wanted ad in the paper... your year maverick or comet.. parts car needed.. etc

    there has to be one in a junkyard somewhere near you
