I bought a clutch for my t5 today and was talking to the main man there (Kentucky Clutch). He said not to run hydro on this set up. I don't really understand but he said hydro would put pressure on throw out bearing all the time and cause it to spin. Which he said its not designed to. I don't no anything about manuals so im lost. Any unput from you guys is appreciated.

A properly installed hydraulic clutch will have the same free-play as a cable or "Z"bar linkage. I don't know what he is talking about.

So i guess i need to do some more investigating before i buy anything else. I was just gonna get a push slave cylinder and mount it on the side of the tranny to push the fork. Hell im lost now.

He's on crack. Like Paul said, a properly set up hydraulic clutch will act the same as mechanical linkage. If that was how hydraulic clutches worked they would never have ended up on production vehicles.
