NO! not about the dirty engine , the monte carlo bar and shock tower braces. they still need some finish work,but you get the idea.spent the last few days working on them. wanted a monte carlo bar, just was not willing to get rid of the ac,(i hope it works) so i made one. everything is bolt on. my wife asked why? so i blamed it all on every on the maverick forum. thanks for being my excape goat.now off to the chromer.
looks nice. unfortunately, now you have to make one for every one of us that you used as a scapegoat.
Is that each one us or each one of our Mavericks? I'd like my first one made with chromoly and powdered coated black.
lets see one for everybody, how many members are there. i don't have that much scrap steel lying around. i only have about $60.00 in them. the hardest part was the bend in bar, the rest was pretty easy.
How did you put the bend in it? do you have the right equipment available or did you use a torch and something round?
I like very much! The only thing I would want to do is make the 2 firewall attachment points out of a single piece of steel, rather than 2 separate parts. Great job! Dave
since you are taking orders....i will take one as well...dont worry about coating it or whatever you were planning on doing..i will do all that at work...we have some powder taht i can use.... looks awesome....
