I built a 347 for the mav

    I just got it together the other night It has an eagle cast crank , I beam rods, KB flat top hypereutectic pistons , AFR 185 heads , ARP rod main and head bolts , isky roller dual pattern cam with 480 / 500 lift , comp cams pro magnum roller rockers and an edelbrock air gap intake.

    Very Nice!!!! love the black valve covers with the alum heads. You might find that cam is a little small for that 347.

    Thanks !

    I didn`t build it for all out power , its going in a daily driver so I wanted a good idle and decent gas mileage . Should I ever decide to put in a bigger cam the rest of the engine should be ready for it .

    Ahh thats cool,should be a torquey little sucker.Those 185 AFR's are a awsome street head.Get her in there!!!!
