I Miss My Maverick

    Hi to All:

    My name is Jim and I'm located in northern NJ. I was issued a 1976 Maverick company car when I took my first job out of college in that same year. It was a plain jane, 6-cyl four-door sedan with A/C, auto trans, AM radio and no other options that I can recall. I loved that car and would eventually like to find another to use as a daily driver. I currently have a 1964 Buick Skylark that I will eventually sell if and when I find the right Maverick to replace it with. For now I'm going to lurk around the forums and learn what I can about what it's like to keep a Maverick on the road.

    I can relate to loving the Mavericks. There is just something about them that makes you love them. I hope you find one, check Craigslist and Ebay and just be patient and take your time. Welcome!:cool:
