Im going to be selling my motor out of my maverick as im going to be putting a new one in. Its a running 6cyl and ive drove the car around a little bit. But i do not know much about selling it. Where is the best place to even sell them? Is it worth my time? How much would you guys recommend selling it for?

If you don't need it , it's worth the same as scrap metal to you. If you need a 250 for a project or replacement it is worth a few hundred if it's running and complete. A 'core' six engine of unknown or incomplete condition isn't really worth much even to a small block six enthusiast.

    have fun

I would say if it runs: $200 or less
