The inner panel is held on with clips that pop off after you take off the crank and handle/armrest. They run around the outer edge of the panel. I'd advise using a upholstery tool that is cheaply available at Pep Boys, etc. to do it so you don't rip the cardboard backing. If you do rip the cardboard where the clips set, a hot glue gun does a great job of repairing it permanently. The outer handles are just screwed on from the inside and come off easily. The lock tumbler is held in with a clip that can be popped off with a screwdriver from the inside also. Just watch the rods that operate the locks and door latch. They come off easily also, but the plastic clips that retain them can be broken easily so use a gentle hand.
