Took the Bench Seat out of the 74 Grabber today & installed some LDO Buckets. Got lucky & found a set in the same color as my interior so I don't have to re-upholster right away. I have an LDO back seat also but it is Tan. When I get a chance I will re-upholster front & back. Wasn't too big of a job. Glad it's done though.
    Mike:)

Looks good ... didn't know LDO seats came in that shade of blue. Also .. isn't that style of Seat out of a Catalytic Convertor car? How did you get them bolted in?

you can have your rear seat dyed to match, just something you may want to look in to if it doesnt need recovered.

    looks good(y)

Dan you are right about these coming out of a Catalytic Convertor car. I guess that's why the bolt pattern was different on the passenger seat?

Chris I didn't know you could dye them. That may be an option for the rear seat. Do you know anyone who has done it? Does it hold up pretty well?
    Thanks, Mike

Ken this was my 74 Grabber not my son's 77. He is however gonna benefit from this. His bench seat is torn to shreads. Mine is perfect. Guess where mine is going? We have the same color interiors so that works out well. As soon as he can we will upgrade his to buckets as well.
    Thanks, Mike:)

yes, I know of several people that dye them, and yes it holds up great. talk to any auto upolstery shop to start, as I'm sure most are very similar,if they dont do it, they can probably tell you where to go. there are also a few different services that help dealerships and consumers with fixing tears, cracks, color match, scratches, ect that will perform the service as well.
around here, Dr. Vinyl does a really good job. not sure how far their area covers. I know other areas have similar services, just dont know the names .
and it is very reasonably priced.
