took my 200 inline to shop,it had a miss i could not diagnose. the motor only has 5000 miles on a complete overhaul.iwas told there was a crack in the intake causing the miss,and that this was very common on this motor.they also said it would not be covered under warranty because it was a common problem with this motor since the head and intake are one piece.anyone familiar with this?
is this a common problem? just whent thru this thing,cant find anything thats not used of course,dont want to deal with it again in 5000 miles.
Mine also cracked, it can either be welded or replaced its cause by overheating. I jb welded mine till i can find a 77-80 200 head
