interchangeable bumpers ?

    found a '77 maverick i like for $950, nice condition, needs body work and seats recovered, 200cu in eng, has 28k orig miles, runs/shifts good :D

    my question is, can i switch the bumper on the '77 for an early 70's one ? the early 70's look better, but if they cant swith, no big deal

    yea they switch. i did it on my '76

    finding all the pieces is the hard part. the actuall swap can be done in an afternoon
