I Have a 1975 maverick and i want to change front springs for more support and better ride height.. what other springs will fit with minimal work? I will prefer to spend the least amount of money

I've used 1970 Mustang coil springs, and they are available in lots of different spring rates.

Front coils from that should work. I have '85 Mustang GT coils on mine. You may have to cut them down a bit, or maybe not. Depends on the ride height you want. They are definitely stronger than Maverick springs.
