I was wondering, my kicker panels have been repainted from red to black, and now the black is starting to peal off. So I am obviously going to repaint them. What kind of paint is best for this. what do you recommend? Should I prime it first? I am fairly experinced in the prep process for exterior paint. So i know that some kind of sanding should be nessasary, but should I put a primer coat on?
