Anybody know if interior trim from a '76 will fit into a '74?

Yes, it is all the same for those years. Only differences in all the years is the underdash tray and inside door handle location which changed in 73.

Well, I'm having a hard time accepting my lovely avocado green paint scheme... I was thinking about doing something simple, like a straight metallic blue exterior and a black interior. Long and short of it, I'm thinking of either painting my trim black or just buying black trim :hmmm: I'm not sure which would be better. What do you guys think?

Personally, I think black is over done and boring, but its your car.

Ya, I would tend to agree; I see a lot of restored cars from that era that have black interiors. This is my first car tho, and I figure that simple is safe :D It's hard to mess up, plus it doesn't look too bad when you're done.

I agree. Black vinyl in the summer is scorching in the summer and cold in the winter. I personally like a nice grey or charcoal cloth interior.

Ya, I know. My first car had a black interior, and a dark blue exterior. After it sat in the sun for a few hours, the interior was so hot you couldn't touch anything cause you'd get burned  But I still like black, it seems like a classic color to go with. Plus it goes with any other color.

Grey and Charcoal are nice too tho, I think those would be a good second choice...
