My car is shifted manually full time. I never run it in drive to shift by itself. Thats just the way I like it. It shifts really hard and its great. Not sure whats in the tranny but they did a nice job. The 4:11's kind of help out as well.:)

Paul will hopefully chime in a give you the run down on pressures with manual/auto shifting. I remember this from another thread so searching it might help you out as well.

Funny story about a B&M shift kit for the C-4. I was putting one in the 71 Torino I had and I used the supplied drill bit to open one of the holes. That bit was like rubber and as I drilled it bent got hung up in my shirt. Scared the hell out of me it happened so fast! If you do the shift kit but a decent drill bit.

I hope it was on the track. And what in the world is "power braked it"? You probably got confused with power shifting. Or you foot braked it. And its "lengths", links are what are on chains or what you see on the world wide web. But congrats, post up some burnout pics!

it was on the track i promise (not bandimere though) there's an old airfield that alive at 25 sponsers that we race at (it is all legal) and my friends all said 3 car lengths so thats probably a long chain of link's! and power is were you slam the brake and give it gas then let go of brake
