so last night i got the 250 back into my dailey driver. got to bed at around 2:20 but it was worth it. i spent the last week replacing the crank, timing set, and painting it. it runs so much better and now seems to have some pep. origionaly i was just going to replace the rod bearings, and the timing set but when i got into the bottom end of the motor i found that the thrust bearing was toast and it damaged the crank. i'll get some pictures when i get home.
