I want it...I want it... I want it... http://cosprings.craigslist.org/cto/3707719607.html but with four other cars and a boat there is just no room. hmmm maybe its time to sell the bronco.... Just thought I'd share.
Oh yeah! In a second I would sell the mav and snag that thing! It even already has COUGAR taillights!!!
that thing is beautiful! i'd sell my couger and by that one if i had the interior finished in it and i'd have to add a couple grand. but i would
aww cmon! you guys are here to talk me down from this thing, not urge me on! I think I might lose some sleep over her . and on a side note, my dad had the exact same car only in orange back in the day.
to me it sounds a bit too good to be true. Solid car, new paint, interior and a 4 speed. If its legit thats a steal for the condition and a 4 speed car.
I love the 68 through 73 Couger's my older sister had a 71 with a 427 or 428 and let me drive it a few times.
Can't be the original engine. The smallest engine in a 1969 Cougar was a 351W-2V, unless it was a Boss 302 Eliminator, which this isn't. If you are serious about this car, proceed carefully and watch for major rust repairs. Run the numbers on the transmission for a correct Toploader 4 speed.
i just went on that site again.is that car still for sale?! can't believe it! somethin terribly wrong with it we can't see?
Well the post is still up so I'm guessing its still for sale. I'm afraid to go look at it because I don't know if I can refrain from buying it, or at least making an offer, I'm kind of an impulse buyer.
