removed the tail lights and other stuff tonight not in bad shape at all found very little rust and filler on it
in a few weeks it will be either chrome yellow or the new corvette yellow what ever one will have small pink pearl flakes add to it ..looks great in the yellow :bananaman
No problem that it's ugly now. It's still a young project. Ha ha. I can remember back when I was still taking shape. You don't get to be this good-looking overnight ya know. <center> </center> You're doing fine.
Geeze Rick, you scare the hell out of me !! Too early in the morning for that. Pink flakes on a yellow car? Cant wait see that.
Unfortunately, the best way is not going to be the cheapest way. As been stated many times, you must cut out all the rusted metal. If you dont, your new paint job will have rust bubbles popping back out in no time.
Well Dave, it looks like your off to a good start; it will be nice to see how your project takes shape. Best of luck with that hood, rust is a car killer.
