    Hi all
i went to the boneyard recently and found a whole darn Granada center console:bananaman :bananaman :bananaman
    But..
It was originally tan color, but some "prevoius owner" just spray painted it black:mad: I am not certain whether it is a vinyl dye or a simple black rattle can job,but was wondering about methods to remove it safely and quickly, thereby restoring it to it's original glory.
Any and all advice will be appreciated

    Thanks in advance

    cleaning

I am sure you will get an number of post on this, but what I use to clean something like that is 3812 from dupont, it is a body prep that remove "dirt" and make it ready for paint, thoyou will still have to use some elbow grease, but it works well and without "melting" the plastic.
