Thats the "Brakes" in the car hobby:biglaugh: Glad it all worked out. I meet up with Grey Beard today and we spied out 3 disc brake swaps for mavs. Always good to have a spare set of disc brakes to swap just in case that next mav you just got to have needs them:yup:

It was good meeting Chuch and Dave. They are great guys. Very respectful guys, too. They let my Dad talk...and talk.(y)

Dave, I forgot to check those plug wires yesterday in Knoxville. There are two on the right bank and one on the left bank that do not like to stay on. :slap:

I'm glad you guys had a better time going home than coming to Knoxville.

Dad and I stopped at truck stop in north GA, about 2 hours from where we met with Chuck and Dave. They had the Chattanooga news on the TV. I saw a story on the I-75 closing. They had a "slope slide" earlier in the week and when they started making repairs, they found it had affected about 30 miles of I-75. They were not sure how long that section was going to be closed. Bummer.

That means that the tank is full of junk. I changed the filter on that carb. That explains why it ran great Friday evening, was a little harder to get and keep running yesterday morning, even harder when we loaded the car at Noon, and why it wouldn't run at all in Knoxville. :90:

I wished I knew you were meeting here. They (TDOT) is paving the median so that traffic can cross instead of going on 25w so next week the detour wont be as long.

I wish I had known you were coming to Knoxville. I would have came down and hooked up with you guys. Tim Keck had mentioned earlier that you were going to be there but I did not know the date.
