If its leaking at the throttle shaft (where it comes out of the carburetor) It needs to be machined and bushed to stop the leak. Be certain of where the fuel is coming from. You may need to simply rebuild the thing and throw new gaskets at it.Good luck!!!

If it's the front of the throttle linkage where the accelerator pump arm is, and is runnign down the accel pump arm, it could be as simple as replacing that rubber diaphragm on the accel pump... something to check... holleys are bad about it i hear, and i know mine needed one when it was leaking... tends to run down that arm and over torward the throttle connector to the pedal cable.

Do not mess around with a fuel leak because leaking fuel on a Hot intake manifold is a fire waiting to happen.Fix it a.s.a.p. is the Best advice I can offer you at this time.Good luck!

I'd just rebuild the whole thing. AFB's and their Edelbrock cousins are very easy to do, even if you've never taken apart a carb. It's probably a needle and seat, stuck float, pump diaphragm or a gasket. One $40 rebuild kit and a couple hours of your time and all of those possibilities will be covered.
