let the motor build begin

    just got the balanced rotating assembly back from the machine shop friday and will start to put the bottom end together this coming week.but unfortunately my heads are on back order again it will be 3 weeks till i get them but i can wait i still have other things to do also comp is grinding me a cam specific to my build 240/598 with 6 to 8 degree lobe separation and a 108 centerline choppy it will be but with a 4000 stall that motor should come unglued about 3000 rpm cant wait only 10 weeks to go till the track opens.

    Only 10 weeks. We don't close for that many weeks in a year here. Been racing since mid January. First team race is this coming Sunday. :)

    thanks wilbur but im getting stressed about the heads i need them soon to finish the build.hope they dont get back ordered again.
