Started working on this tonight,I`m liking it so far......didn`t have the right hole saw to cut the holes out so I called it a night, what do you guys think? And it has 4 mounting tabs on the back. Its 16 gauge sheetmetal,so it should be sturdy enough.I tried another a couple weeks ago but i got way over my head with that one and scrapped it.I just wanna be a lil different.

I left some extra space on the bottom so I can install whatever switches I need to.

Interesting. Is this for a shelf or the solid dash?

Well I think I`m finished with it for now, unsure if its going to get painted or if I might just cover it with vinyl,I`m leaning towards the vinyl. The radio is just an old JVC I had laying around to mock it up,I`m going to end up buying a new Pioneer instead.Anyways....you get the idea....I like it.
