Long DD build - help me build the ideal dd

    It's going to be a 71 comet gt i recently picked up off a member here. As of right now its a straight 6.

    My plans -
    Grabber blue with blacked out hood (functional ala darren's maverick) and stock gt side stripes

    302 (approx 330 hp)w/ T5, 8.8 w/3.73's
    13" cobra brakes w/mustang steve kit (17" magnums, 17" torq thrust or 17" steel wheels with poverty caps

    Stock suspension just rebuilt, also redone factory interior.

    what do you guys think? Any opinions?

    I'll try and get some pics of the car as it sits now

    Agreed maybe done to death if your a member on here. Lots of Blue cars. Out on the road though its a different story.

    got started on sears catalog at 13. i really thought he meant a car term.

    but after thinking about it build the perfect DD's, i can dig it!

    For a daily improving the steering/suspension would be my first priority. But I guess that also depends on the distance you drive everyday.

    I don't think we ever had a sears catalog when I was a kid, we did have Victoria's secret though. Oh how I used to love Heidi Klum back then <3
