low stance

    Better have airbags, cuz that thing will NOT clear any speed bumps, and will drag across most driveway transitions!

    1972 mercury comet with a maverick front end. It has a 1992 5.0 motor in it.
    i love the low look myself. Im gonna try to get mine as low as i can and not rub my headers on the ground.

    If you got headers, you cannot go very low at all.

    I was rubbing with this setup...I had about 2-3" of clearance. And in my opinion, it was sitting pretty high.

    Forget trying to put it on a u-haul trailer.

    The mav is gone but i'm still here!
    The stock height is already too low for my streets!

    I'm hoping the new tires will lift it more.

    Long tube headers, yes, short tube, you can get pretty low.

    Yes, lift is good. I went from 195/60 to 215/60, and now 225/60 tires. For no reason other than to get the headers to quit bumping on everything.

    mine is low

    headers almost ground threw, exhaust is now welded from headers all the way back now, due to ground off the header flanges, still love how it sits, would do it all over again .....:thumbs2: , had 205/50/15 went to 205/60/15
