Is the front valence the same on the 70-72 Mavs and the 73? I'm gathering money for a small bumper conversion and have a 73 Mav Front bumper and lower valence. I found a 71 bumper and mounts just hoping I don't need a whole lot more.

The 70-72 are the same but teh 73 has a larger "drop" in the opening under the bumper

The bigger gap in the '73 valances make for a nice place to "drop" in two fog lamps.

Using sections from a broken grill on the bottom with the lights inset would look keeler!

Ed Davis (Fan2488) 'might' be doing this to his. I think it'll look sharp.

Hmmm. I guess I'll have to see what it looks like with the small bumper on there. Thanks for the input.

Ed. 'Sorry. I suppose I should've called to see if you were working today or not.

I'm dragging azz today (Susie and I went out on the town last night/this morning) but I certainly would've helped out.

When it gets closer to next Saturday, and you know that you'll have off, give me a ring, please.

    See ya soon, hopefully.
