Do anyone know if we can use the mustang lowering blocks? If so, what year? They have 65-66 & 67-73 blocks with the longer "U" bolts. Will this hurt traction bars also?

    short answer?....yes.

any lowering block for leaf spring vehicle is going to be the same, generic ones will do fine.

For some reason they show 2 different part numbers for mustang lowering block so I thiught they were not the same. Maybe I will check around the local shops to see if someone have them here before I order one.

I got my lowering kit from Auto Zone.

I use Cal-Tracs. I assume the guy at the Performance shop who set up my rear suspension and pinion angle was okay with that else he would've said something.

Probably the 2 different sizes, if they are both the same height, is one for an 8" and one for a 9". Different tube diameters.
