making pics smaller

    for some reason I cant seem to reduce the size of my pics!! any help?

    You need to open the picture with a program capable of editing. I use microsoft office picture manager to resize, If you do not have that program just open the picture in MS Paint, now press ctrl+W. and select the %height and set the %width the same. Like set them both for 50%. You can eliminate your plate I.D. with MS Paint too.
    Dont forget to save with a new name otherwise you will lose your high resolution version by renaming it with the resized version. If you need to, you can email me the pictures, I will resize them for you.

    Also, if you upload to photobucket, it will automaticly resize to a good viewable size and give you multiple options for resizing to smaller sizes.
