hello could anyone help? how I can make the chrome molding door panel? what happens is that I have decided to make the panels and new. and I have problems with the chrome molding!
someone on here just did theirs, maybe they will see this and hook you up with the thread. I looked but didn't find it. ...Frank...

You know I work in vinyl, like sign vinyl, and I at one time cut a sign for a truck that was mirror chrome, why would that not work? it looks just like chrome and can be cut to fit with a razor blade, and it has an adhesive back to it, take a look...... http://motors.shop.ebay.com/Parts-Accessories-/6028/i.html?_nkw=mirror+chrome+vinyl Also can be got in colors of all sorts!!
A friend of mine made his trim from stainless steel tubing. He ran it through a roller to flatten it out and welded pins on the back of it to attach it to the panels. Looks real good......
