Maverick Drift Car!!!!

    What do you guys think about the idea. i plan on dropping a xr6 turbo into my 72 mav grabber havent seen it done would be diffrent and dont know which route to go drift or drag. what is your input on this guys give me ideas.

    Maverick aren't setup for drift in any way. Just dropping a turbo'd engine wont turn it into a drift car.

    If that's all your planing to do just make it into a drag car.

    Nobody does the XR6 swap because we don't live in Australia :D

    There's a couple guys over on the turbo forum that do run those Aussie 6s.

    Doesn't matter the motor you use or if you rig up coil suspension out back. The bottom line is you'll need some drifting skills to slide a Ford Maverick around every corner...haha

    anything is possible as long as you have the "know how" and the "Money" lol..........:idea: i think a turbo I4 would be a better choice tho.
