Received McLeod's newsletter the other day mentioning new release of their Aluminum SFI 6.1 Bellhousing for GM. Contacted Billy and he informed me that an annoucement for a Ford version will be released at the Nov SEMA show. Details can be viewed at www.mcleodracing.com current GM part is only 13.5 lbs and uses a TMS Titanium liner, they also will be releasing their Muscle Car 5 tranny for Fords in the new year!

    here you go (products/driveline/bellhousings...), sorry

    https://www.mcleodracing.com/index.php/driveline/bellhousings.html

I know it is expensive, but I have seen Jegs etc., selling them for less than posted price on McLeods site, which is MSRP. I do like their design regarding a changable plate for different transmissions etc.,

Thanks, that's a nice piece. Too bad the cost will deter most buyers...

Update on McLeod's Aluminum SFI 6.1 bellhousing, will be available sometime in Jan 2016 and only for use with T-5 Transmission set up, so those of us who have ol'Toploader 4 speed are SOL.........
