more progress more pix

    more work this weekend. a couple of photos of the frame connectors. a rear shot of the rear frame section with more bars. the trained might notice from the next picture the roof has been chopped. still got the main croos bar to put in and then start working my way forward. ya all enjoy th holidays.

    Good thing the roof is still there, you'd never recognize it as a Maverick.

    not much progress but pics of motor

    went to virginia and picked up a windsor circle track motor
    70 heads double valve springs full roller rockers solid cam
    edelbrock intake, ? headers electronic ignition
    69 rods and crank, ross pistons
    canton oil pan, hv pump
    steel scattersheild, 7 1/4 mini clutch, stock starter
    and a 3speed trans
    at a steal i think $1200
    it was not that pretty when we picked it up, dropped the pan pulled a couple caps looked great so i gave it a spraycan freshen
    on another post i got a pic of the brake upgrade i did this past sunday(took about a year to get all the pieces together, waiting for the right deals)
    did i mention im cheap :mischeif:
