motor identified

    well the casting number (E5AE-C3B) id the motor as H.O roller motor and I'm willing to bet that the heads are (E7TE-PA) the better of the stock H.O heads. I found the information on http://www.butlers-a1.com/fordm.htm. I'm loving it cus it means someone took the time to install a roller H.O motor and complete MSD ignition with holley 750dp :rofl2: :cheers: all for a low low price

    They don't list the 221 or 260 V8s in there list of reman engines....
    Must not be in high enough demand.

    An E5 block could have any of several heads on it. Easiest way to ID the E7 heads is look for the large "T" cast in the lower front corner of the passenger side head. If there's an "S" there, you have E6SE heads.
