Hello everybody, I just dropped in a 5.0 into my maverick with new mounts and brackets bolted on. I am currently at a stand still as the passenger side mount doesn't want to seem to align properly.I got the drivers side bolt in fine but now it seems lIke the whole engine needs to move about an inch to the passenger side. I've tried prying at it, jacking it up in various places and it will only move it up and down because of the bolt on the other side. Any tips or tricks would be great! Thanks guys

There is a left and a right frame mount. Do you have them in correctly?

I believe so. The driver side is considered the left mount correct? Because I'm pretty sure that's what side I put it on

Always make sure your tabs on the frame mounts are pointing down not up.

Yea mine are aftermarket and don't have those tabs on the brackets. I'm almost to the point of drilling another hole in the bracket.

Thanks guys my mounts and brackets seemed to be on right. I finally was able to get both bolts in after hours of screwing with it. Now I gotta wire everything up for efi.. I'll probably be back haha

I leave the bolts to the block in with only a couple of threads until I get the thru bolts thru
