When removing the exhaust manifolds and heads to have the heads gone through, I noticed I could lift the drivers side of the motor a little. Weird I thought at the time. I dropped a gasket scraper and it ended up on the motor mount and I noticed the drivers side appears to be missing a little rubber bumper (see pics)

Can the rubber part be replaced or does the actual motor mount need replacing?

That's the "safety rivet" that keeps the mount from completely pulling apart, the mount in question should be replaced...
