    Sorry to bug you guys again about this, but I want to know if this muffler is okay for my 70 mav. It's a flowmaster 40 series but the specs say..1964-1973 Ford Mustang as one of the possible applications. Does anybody know if this is similar enuff to the mav that i can buy it? I would love any quick responses because I'm dying to get it and it takes 10-15 days to come in. Thanx

    I see no reason it won't work for the mav,why so long to get it?

    They will work..

    I have two of these mufflers on my Maverick. They will fit practically any car. The Mustang is listed in applications because it is a popular car, and they want to advertise that it will work with them. It doesn't matter what car it is really. If you want it, it can be put on.
